Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 – Where to find Maelle in the mansion

After Gustave and Lune have reached the area with the “weird corals” as the note described, they’ll eventually reach the entrance to a strange mansion where almost all of the doors are locked. Maelle can be found inside this mansion, but given how big the place is and how the design often loops back around on itself through multiple levels, it can be tricky to find the right room.

Where to find Maelle

While it might seem like you’re supposed to go straight forward to the door you can see right at the end as soon as you go up the steps, that’s not the case.

Instead, as you’re going up that first case, turn right and go up the stairs that way. At the top, turn left and keep going forward. Eventually, you’ll find Maelle in an open room on your right – there’ll be blue light pouring out of it to help make it easier to spot.

You will get a chance to explore the rest of the mansion throughout the game though, so don’t worry, all of those doors won’t stay locked forever.
