Banish all troubling dreams with the best Genshin Impact Yumemizuki Mizuki build and find inner peace. This Anime character wielding a catalyst is a Main DPS unit that helps her party through healing and devastating Swirl reactions.

Her Elemental Skill, Aisa Utamakura Pilgrimage, makes Mizuki enter the Dreamdrifter state, in which she hovers above the ground. Drifting forward, Mizuki deals Anemo DMG to enemies in her vicinity periodically while in this state and increases the Swirl DMG dealt by party members based on her Elemental Mastery. While Mizuki is in this state, her Elemental Mastery is boosted by party members hitting enemies with Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, or Electro attacks.

Mizuki’s Elemental Burst, Anraku Secret Spring Therapy, deals Anemo DMG to all enemies in the area of effect and summons a Mini Baku. It follows the active character around, creating a snack at set intervals. Picking up the snack with a character that has over 70% of their Max HP creates a shockwave dealing Anemo DMG to enemies. Otherwise, it heals the character based on Mizuki’s Elemental Mastery. Snacks not being picked up explode and deal Anemo DMG after a while.

Obtaining additional copies of Mizuki allows you to upgrade her Constellation and unlock further buffs. Level 1 debuffs enemies around her while she’s in Dreamdrifter, increasing the Swirl DMG they take. Level 2 allows Mizuki to boost her party members’ Elemental DMG Bonus based on her Elemental Mastery while she’s in Dreamdrifter. Level 4 allows the snacks created by her Burst to heal and deal damage at the same time on top of restoring Energy to Mizuki. Level 6 enables Swirl DMG dealt during Dreamdrifter to land critical hits.

Favoring a reaction-based playstyle, Mizuki requires one stat above all: Elemental Mastery. Her signature catalyst, Sunny Morning Sleep-In, not only provides a base of Elemental Mastery, but additionally raises the wearer’s Elemental Mastery after they’ve triggered Swirl, hit an enemy with their Elemental Skill, and hit an enemy with their Elemental Burst.

Best weapons for Mizuki in Genshin Impact:

  • Sunny Morning Sleep-In (5-Star)
  • A Thousand Floating Dreams (5-Star)
  • Sacrificial Fragments (4-Star)
  • Mappa Mare (4-Star)
  • Wandering Evenstar (4-Star)

Best Mizuki artifacts – Genshin Impact

As mentioned above, the main consideration for Mizuki is to raise her Elemental Mastery as much as possible with Energy Recharge being another priority. Due to Swirl DMG being her main contribution to the team, her Artifact Set should focus on maximizing this value.

Her remaining stats are somewhat irrelevant, though you can raise her ATK to increase her Normal Attack DMG and get more HP for survivability.

Best Artifact Sets for Mizuki in Genshin Impact:

  • Viridescent Venerer (4) – +15% Anemo DMG, +60% Swirl DMG, enemies suffer -40% Elemental RES to the element infused in the wearer’s Swirl for ten seconds.

Best Mizuki teams – Genshin Impact

Mizuki’s main purpose is to infuse the elemental attacks of her team mates into her Swirls as she cruises around the battlefield in the Dreamdrifter state.

  • Mizuki (Main DPS), Furina (Sub DPS), Xiangling (Sub DPS), Bennett (Support)

Mizuki meshes best with characters capable of off-field attacks, because she wants most of the active field time for herself, spending it in the Dreamdrifter state to trigger Swirls. This is quite a simple and effective playstyle, making her a great character for beginners. In this example, the bulk of the off-field attacks are contributed by Furina and Xiangling with Bennett buffing people.

Characters like Fischl, Raiden Shogun, Yae Miko, Kokomi, Mavuika, Citlali, and Ororon do well on Mizuki’s side, too.
