Oblivion Remastered: How to enter the Arena

Anyone who’s ever played a JRPG will know that nothing makes for more straightforward storytelling than a tournament arc, and despite being a Western RPG, The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered has one questline that is just that. The Arena is a questline that lets you test your mettle against other combattants in honorable duels for potentially great riches, you just need to know where to go to join.
We’ll explain where it is and what you have to do to get involved, as well as what you need to do to progress up the pecking order there.
How to enter the Arena
The Arena is pretty easy to find as the Imperial City dedicates an entire district to it. So simply head over to the Arena District and into the Arena Bloodworks. There, you’ll need to speak to Owyn, who will assign you to the blue team and give you the choice of Heavy or Light Armor. Once you get your outfit, you must wear it in all fights, and removing it counts as an immediate disqualification.
From there, you can accept fights any time between the hours of 9am and 9pm, with every three fights you win increasing your rank, letting you challenge tougher opponents and earn more money for each victory. You will also earn fame points each time you win, meaning that there is no downside to joining this faction.
