Fans of gacha games are desperately waiting for news around Azur Promilia and developer Manjuu Network Technology has finally answered their pleas with a brand-new trailer for the open-world RPG that marries elements of Genshin Impact and Palworld into one package.

Various gameplay systems are shown off in action during the video, such as characters riding on tamed beasts and fighting alongside them against other monsters. Characters seemingly belong to different elements or at least have various damage types, which trigger reactions when they are mixed together — examples like Drown and Shock are visible in the footage. Similar to the combat systems in Genshin Impact and Wuthering Waves, the characters seem to swap in and out of the battlefield.

We get a clear look at the farming elements of the game as well, being shown quite a sizable base in which tamed creatures are tending fields, cutting wood, heating ovens, and more.

Manjuu previously stated that Azur Promilia would only have playable female characters – it’s a waifu-only game, as fans like to call it – so the relatively generic male character appearing in the trailer should be the male protagonist. While he got the spotlight in a lot of the scenes, there will also be an optional female protagonist that can be spotted in the video.

Azur Promilia is confirmed to come to PC, PS5, iOS, and Android, though there is no news on a release date or any testing opportunities yet.
