108 Pokemon GO: Everything You Need to Know

108 Pokemon GO is the hint in the Pokemon GO Spooky Message 2019. Niantic Labs is creating another chance for players to earn Spiritomb.
Players will have to complete a short set of limited-time special research to earn the Pokemon. Not all the challenges are released yet, but you can complete the first three.
Trainers can encounter Spiritomb by completing the limited-time #PokemonGOHalloween Special Research. Are you brave enough to catch a Pokémon that was formed by 108 spirits? ?

You can complete the challenges during the Halloween event, but once the event is over, you will not be able to earn Spiritomb. The third challenge is simply rewards, and Niantic Labs will release more challenges as the days pass for you to eventually unlock Spiritomb.
The rest of the challenges are unknown, but if it's like last year, expect more challenges themed around 108.
