1. Caitlyn & Morgana

Even though Caitlyn was nerfed, again, in League of Legends Patch 10.19, that still won't stop her from producing. Paired with Morgana, a shielding and crowd control master, Caitlyn players will have a much easier time from earlier on in the game.

2. Caitlyn & Lux

Lux is one of few champs that can play more than one lane. Her versatility and utility open new opportunities for Caitlyn. While Morgana provides great crowd control and shielding, Lux provides shields, crowd control and a useful ultimate and can delete squishy champs.

3. Sona & Lux

Sona and Lux have emerged as a niche pick in the bot lane and has found decent success, even in pro play. Combined the shields and healing they provide can provide immense value at all stages in the game. In this duo, Sona functions as the ADC and the Lux as the support. Once Sona builds Lich Bane, she does a surprising amount of burst damage which makes her potent in the mid to late game.

4. Aphelios & Nautilus

The only thing that changed from the previous bot lane duo rankings is that Aphelios got stronger. His AD level was changed from 2 to 2.4 which makes him incrementally stronger. The two can wreak havoc in the bot lane from early on and in the late game provide value not just together but by themselves.

5. Miss Fortune & Leona

Similar to the previous bot lane rankings, the Miss Fortune and Leona pairing continues to be a great pick. Both can perform individually to some extent and are useful in team fights. The pairing of Miss Fortune's ultimate and Leona's crowd control and stun is devastating, especially in the late game.
