League of Legends Patch 10.19 sees the state of jungle stay mostly stagnant. There are still a handful of junglers you are going to see in every game you play. Most of them are very strong early game champs, typically with great burst damage and movement speed.

5) Kayn

Kayn is in a good spot right now for a few reasons. He's got great potential to gank lanes early with his ability to go through terrain with his Shadow Step (E). He scales well in red form with tank items, making him nearly impossible to kill. He is very fun to use, but also infuriating to play against once he phases through walls.

Graves is a great jungler with his great jungle clear and kiting ability in river skirmishes. His quick burst damage, coupled with his movement speed as most Graves players run the rune Phase Rush, make him hard to lock down and kill.

Even with the nerf to Evelynn's Hate Spike (Q) damage, Evelynn is deadly right now. Her ability to burst the opposing ADC is scary, and her damage scales hard. Once she has just a few kills, she is a menace.

Kha'Zix is a reliable blind pick in solo queue right now. He does enormous amounts of damage through his passive Unseen Threat, allowing you to invade the enemy jungle early and look to get kills right away, snowballing that lead to a victory.

1) Hecarim

Hecarim is the strongest jungler right now. His level three gank potential is unrivaled, as any player overextended is a guaranteed kill served right up to you. His ability to displace enemies with his Devastating Charge (E), which grants you increased movement speed over time, allows you to shove a player right into your team's turret is just so fun and easy to land. Once he hits his power spike with Trinity Force, you have to pray for a miracle to stop him.
