Viktor was reworked in Patch 10.23 and has been enjoying a high win-rate ever since. In the next patch, thanks to increased Ability Haste of Luden's Tempest from 10 to 20, Viktor will surely gain popularity. The higher Ability Haste means Viktor will spam his abilities more often.

4. Ekko

Ekko receives a buff in the jungle role, but it is highly possible that players will utilize this buff in the mid lane too. His passive damage (Drive Resonance) to monsters is buffed from 150% to 250% in Patch 10.25. Tower diving ability, roaming potential, and high damage output are perfect traits for a mid laner. Once he gets to level six and later on with Zhonya's Hourglass, he becomes even stronger and harder to kill.

3. Malzahar

With the nerfs of multiple mid lane champions such as Fizz and Kayle, Malzahar becomes one of the strongest mages in Patch 10.25. Thanks to Liandry's Anguish and Demonic Embrace, Malzahar can easily melt tanks and burn enemies without getting locked down.

2. Zed

Another Duskblade of Draktharr champion that has been previously in the list of champions that need a nerf in Preseason 2021. His Death Mark ultimate pairs well with Duskblade. As a master of shadows, he is extremely hard to catch. Building Youmuu's Ghostblade and Edge of Night almost makes him unrivalled.
