League of Legends Patch 11.11 is coming soon, and that means reexamining the top five supports currently in the game. With a patch like this that offers a myriad of alterations, taking a closer look at the five that made our list is all the more worthwhile, especially with a role as crucial as support.

5 Best Supports in League of Legends Patch 11.11
Lulu
With no nerfs or buffs to speak of in Patch 11.11, it's an obvious choice to keep Lulu as a top-tier Support. Across the community, she's considered to be the best choice for support, and that certainly hasn't changed with Patch 11.11. Her Whimsy (W) and Wild Growth (R) abilities are by far some of the best options a support has, providing speed and damage buffs, allowing fights to finish far quicker.
Leona
The Radiant Dawn did receive a nerf in Patch 11.11, reducing her Eclipse (W)'s damage output, but everything else is still supreme. Leona's win rate received a major boost in Patch 11.10, and while that may dip a little into Patch 11.11, for those seeking to deal damage as well as protect, Leona is a great pick for support.
Senna
For players desiring ranged abilities in their support, look no further than Senna, who has also boasted a high win rate in Patch 11.10, increasing over the last few patches. Critics may point out that she isn't as tough as other supports, but she has great utility, and that won't change going into Patch 11.11.
Thresh
Though he may be viewed as unwieldy or difficult to play, Thresh is without a question a top pick for support, and has always been. His Dark Passage (W) allows for near instant escape or engagement, and Death Sentence (Q) can drag escaping opponents right back into the fray, letting the AD Carry mop up the kill. In plenty of players' minds, Thresh is the peak of support champions in League of Legends.
Nautilus
Having a tank is always a smart choice for support, and Nautilus is as strong as tanks come. He brings size and pressure to the bottom lane, something that many ADCs appreciate in a support. Just like Thresh, Nautilus can hook and pull enemies, letting his bottom lane partner have a greater advantage in a fight.
