5 Best Supports in League of Legends Patch 11.9
League of Legends Patch 11.9 is coming in hot with a few important changes to the support class. The Moonstone Renewer buff will benefit everyone across the board but for one champion in particular this coming patch will be their rise to the forefront of the support role.
Here's a list of the five best supports in league of legends Patch 11.9.
5 Best Supports in League of Legends Patch 11.9
Lulu
The star of Patch 11.9, in the future we may see Lulu's pick and ban rate skyrocket. The upcoming patch will see Lulu get some major buffs to her Whimsy (W), most importantly the cooldown decrease means that she'll be able to buff allies more often. In a meta where movement speed is king Lulu's W is invaluable, she'll be a big threat to enemy teams this upcoming patch.
Thresh
If paired with an aggressive AD carry, you can expect really big things from Thresh in the bot lane. His Death Sentence (Q) and Flay (E) abilities are some of the most useful support tool in the game. He was one of the most well-rounded supports in 11.8 and going forward players should expect more of the same.
Blitzcrank
Blitzcrank is an absolute nuisance to play against. His Rocket Grab (Q) keeps enemy champions on high alert both under their own turret and while pushing his. This dual pressure capability makes him a huge threat in the mid and early game. If he ever catches out an enemy by themselves it's safe to assume that they're as good as dead.
Bard
Bard enters the list as one of the highest difficulty supports in the game. But players who know how to get the most out of Bard absolutely dominate in lane. He currently has the highest win rate amongst all supports in the game and that may continue into 11.9.
Senna
Senna is one of the supports in League of Legends with the ability to turn into a hard carry for their team. She has great range and has the tools to get away from enemy champions if they try to get on top of her. You can pair Senna with any AD carry and expect great results.
