5 Horror Icons That Should Get Added to Warzone in Halloween 2023
As October approaches, Activision should consider adding five horror icons to Warzone in Halloween 2023.
Past Halloween events in Call of Duty: Warzone featured well-known horror characters like Jason Voorhees and Ghostface, bringing an heightened level of spookiness to The Haunting of Verdansk. Recent leaks claim the event is making its return in 2023 and could include Skeletor, Spawn, Ash Williams, and Alucard Operators.
If the leaks turn out to be true, here's 5 other horror icons that should be in Warzone's Halloween event next month.
5 Horror Icons That Should Get Added to Warzone in Halloween 2023
1. Michael Myers
Michael Myers is the perfect fit for a Warzone Halloween Operator. As one of the most iconic horror villains of all time, Michael Myers would effortlessly transition from the big screen to the battlefield. The Operator could even come with different styles from the entire Halloween franchise.
2. Pinhead
Pinhead's appearance just screams Halloween; pins protrude his chalk-colored skin, and his black eyes match his black outfit. The villain terrifies, tortures, and tears apart the souls of his victims. Activision could produce an awesome Finishing move inspired by the Hellraiser character.
3. Frankenstein's Monster
Frankenstein's monster might not immediately come to mind when considering horror icons, but the character has a long, tortured history. Dr. Frankenstein created the creature, unknowingly unleashing a monster into the world. Frankenstein's monster looks a bit like a cartoon character in recent portrayals, but his Operator in Warzone could bring back his menacing appearance.
4. Annabelle
An Annabelle Operator would bridge the gap between old and new horror fans. Even those who have not seen The Conjuring or the Annabelle franchise recognize the possessed doll. With her braids, wide eyes, and creepy smile, Annabelle would easily slot into The Haunting on Al Mazrah or Vondel.
5. Count Dracula
Warzone players of all ages know Count Dracula's reputation. The vampire kills whenever and whoever he wants, inspiring horror and vampire stories for decades to come. His black cape, hair, and pants make him perfect for blending into dark corners on Al Mazrah, Vondel, and Ashika Island. Plus, vampire-inspired Weapon camos would work great with Halloween.
