5 Nintendo Switch Games to be Excited for in Q4 2023
We’ve seen incredible titles, like The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and Pikmin 4, come to the Switch. There are still plenty more games to look forward to later this year.
We’re almost in the last quarter of 2023, and highly-anticipated games, such as Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 1, Batman: Arkham Trilogy, and Detective Pikachu Returns, are expected to arrive.
It’s tough to figure out which titles should be on your priority list. The five games below are definitely must-haves.
5 Nintendo Switch Games to be Excited for in Q4 2023
Super Mario Bros. Wonder
Super Mario Bros. Wonder was first introduced in the June 2023 Direct. Since then, we’ve been waiting to dive into the bizarre Flower Kingdom, where strange Wonder Events occur.
Nintendo finally gave more details about the game in a specialized Direct. We learned about several gameplay aspects, like playable characters, power-ups, and multiplayer modes. We’ll have to wait until Oct. 20 to play the latest Mario title, but pre-orders are available.
Super Mario RPG
Yet another Mario title makes it to the list. A Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars Remake was also announced during the June 2023 Direct. The remake features 3D graphics and invites Mallow and Geno along to defeat the Smithy Gang.
You can pre-order the game on the Nintendo eShop, but the remake is set to arrive on Nov. 17.
Sonic Superstars
Sonic Superstars will be a refreshing take on the classic sidescroller. Players will get the high-speed action that’s the core of Sonic games while experiencing new powers, abilities, and gameplay formats.
Sonic Superstars is expected to be released on Oct. 17. Pre-order the game on the official website.
Hogwarts Legacy
Hogwarts Legacy allows players to explore the Harry Potter world they’ve always wanted to be part of. In this RPG, players experience a Hogwarts set in the 1800s, where they must uncover a secret bound to cause destruction.
Hogwarts Legacy was released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, and Xbox Series X earlier this year. Nintendo Switch players can finally join the wizarding world on Nov. 14.
Persona 5 Tactica
When the Phantom Thieves arrive in an unfamiliar world, they must team up with a revolutionary named Erina to escape the Legionnaires. Prepare for a new storyline, allies, and foes in Persona 5 Tactica!
Nov. 17 marks the day players can play the game. The Digital Deluxe, Digital Standard, and Physical Launch Editions are available for pre-order.
