League of Legends Patch 10.23 will include items changes, new champion skins, adjustment in the jungle and various pre-season changes.

Here are five things we cannot wait to see in the third-to-last patch of 2020.

5 Things We Want in League of Legends Patch 10.23

1. Victorious Skins

Every season, players will rush to get to at least Gold elo to earn a Ranked Rewards champion skin. For Season 10, it will be Victorious Lucian. Other skins to look forward to for 1,350 RP will be released this patch:

• Battlecast Nasus

• Battlecast Zac

• Resistance Jayce

• Resistance Singed

• Resistance Yorick

2. Item Changes

Riot Games has previously teased players with item reworks. Summoners will expect numerous Mythic and Legendary items. These item changes have been in the Public Beta Environment (PBE) for quite some time. Mythic items reportedly will have big effects that define a player's playstyle. Some of these mythic items are Galeforce, Kraken Slayer and Prowler's Claw.

3. Jungle Changes

Jungle camps will be harder to kill, but more rewarding. For instance, they will have movement speed. This means junglers have limited power to kite these monsters. All camps will have 20 armor and magic resist that scales with levels. The health of jungle monsters are also adjusted. Arguably the best change would be "hidden mechanics [that] visually help newer players learn the jungle," as shared by Mark Yetter, Lead Gameplay Designer for League of Legends.

4. Ability Haste

Cooldown reduction (CDR) has been an important aspect that Summoners pay attention to. Mark Yetter has shared months ago about the shift from CDR to Ability Haste. This is good news for players whose champion needs to execute quick combo early to burst enemy. It means that the 40% CDR restriction will be removed and players will have more choices whether to buy haste or non-haste items first.

5. Pre-Season Battle Pass Events

Summoners long for those Masterwork and Hextech Chests. A Pre-Season Battle Pass Event will be a great catalyst to get our champions new looks or new emotes. Whether it is token rewards, weekly win missions, or milestone missions, a new battle pass is worth waiting for.
