5. Kalista

Kalista has the potential to deny objectives with her ability to stack Rends. While it is unclear if this is why she has not received balance changes lately, she currently is at a very weak power level. Given the vast amount of buffs to other marksmen as well as her current weak state, Kalista should be avoided in Patch 10.18.

4. Yone

While not technically a marksman, Yone has been seeing some play in the bottom lane since his debut. While previously effective with his overall power level, previous nerfs in Patch 10.17 significantly reduced the viability of this pick in the bottom lane.

3. Kai'Sa

Kai'Sa received buffs to her base stats and Supercharge (E) in Patch 10.17 with Riot Games stating she was under-performing at all ranks. These minor buffs, while in the right direction, do not bring Kai'Sa up to the power level of other marksmen meaning she should still be avoided.

2. Ezreal

While the origins of Ezreal's struggles remain somewhat of mystery, it is likely because of the Arcane Shift (E) nerfs back in Patch 10.14. Given his current struggles, as well as the fact that other marksmen are receiving buffs in Patch 10.18, Ezreal will struggle even more come the next patch. As a result, the Prodigal Explorer should be avoided as a carry in the bottom lane until further notice.

1. Aphelios

Aphelios,along with a couple of other marksmen, have been under-performing in the current meta. While many other under performing champions have either received buffs or are soon to receive them in Patch 10.18, Aphelios is yet to receive any positive changes as of late. Currently sporting one of the worst win-rates in the game, the fact that he is not expected to receive changes means Aphelios should be avoided at all costs.
