5 Worst Supports in League of Legends Patch 11.12

League of Legends Patch 11.12 will come into effect on Wednesday, and though there are amazing supports to choose from, the worst supports are ones that are passive and cannot maintain AD carries to stay alive.
5 Worst Supports in League of Legends Patch 11.12
There is little to say about the viability of these champions, and although this patch has left the entirety of viable or playable supports untouched, these are champions that may struggle despite having a strong AD carry to play with.
1. Karma
Karma has received some balancing towards her Mantra (R) ultimate ability due to how well her kit is with Moonstone Renewer. Though she seemed to thrive to previous buffs to the item, changes to the output of Mantra and a following Inspire (E) ability cast have dropped in shields. Karma still has the ability to provide as a viable support, though she has a lot going against her.
2. Blitzcrank
The noob destroyer will remain largely irrelevant in this patch as well. As described before, if players have not figured out how to play against a Blitzcrank effectively, the course of that game may of course may project that he is somewhat dominant. However, it is but a façade as the meta shifts towards supports that can keep their AD carries alive for as long as possible.
3. Nautilus
Similarly to Blitzcrank, if players cannot find a way to work around the engages of Nautilus, lower-ranked players will always find a problem with how strong he can be. Though he can provide some utility on keeping AD carries alive, he is too sluggish to provide immediate impact for the team unless he gets a hook on the correct enemy.
4. Xerath
Xerath may still be a viable choice if the team composition calls for a high amount of poke, however, his strength really relies in the mid lane as the meta of supports is built upon those who can help the AD carry. He can play further back with some effect, but he is much too easy to kill once the gap is closed, and a lot of supports can provide that for enemies that get aggressive.
5. Soraka
Though the name of the game for bot lane is to keep your AD carry alive, which Soraka does very well, that's all she can offer for the game. Due to bot lane becoming such a feast-or-famine type of volatility, Soraka only provides heals with little to offer that other supports can. If players are able to seclude Soraka out in team fights, which is a fairly easy task, the team with her will immediately set at a huge disadvantage. There are simply better supports that do the same job as her.
