H1Z1 and PUBG developer is a topic fans are interested in learning about after hearing the games might be from the same developer. So did the same developer create H1Z1 and PUBG? 

H1Z1 and PUBG Developer: Is it the Same Developer?

Both H1Z1 and PUBG were worked on by Brendan "PlayerUnknown" Greene. PlayerUnknown began making mods for ARMA and DayZ before joining developers for H1Z1 as a consultant. Following his time there, he became a creative developer at Bluehole and created PUBG -- also known as PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds.

PlayerUnknown is not the only person to work on the game, but his influence in both H1Z1 and PUBG can be seen by fans.

PUBG Corp recently launched the Vikendi map in PUBG. It is the game's newest map and is set in a snowy climate. It will be released on console at a later date, however.
