All New Warzone Map Details for MW3
Teasers for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 just previewed all the new Warzone map details for the upcoming Call of Duty title.
The hype surrounding Modern Warfare 3 is about more than just nostalgia. In just two days, PlayStation users will have the early opportunity to test out the game during the first beta weekend.
Although Modern Warfare 3 will feature 16 remastered Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009) maps at launch, most players are more interested in the new Warzone map coming in the MW3 era.
All New Warzone Map Details for MW3
At the time of writing, Activision and Infinity Ward have yet to reveal concrete details surrounding the new Warzone map for MW3. However, quick clips in the Modern Warfare 3 Multiplayer Reveal Trailer confirm previous leaks that suggest the new map takes inspiration from Verdansk.
As shown in the images below, Warzone content creator, James "JGOD" Godoy, addresses the similarities between everyone's favorite Warzone map and the rumored Las Almas map coming in the next few months. He writers, "New Warzone map is definitely putting those Verdansk vibes."
Other images compiled by CharlieIntel show multiple POIs full of buildings and houses that will offer many more opportunities to regain after a Gulag victory. The map also seems to contain much less open fields and water compared to Caldera and Al Mazrah, making rotations a lot easier.
