As mentioned in a previous article, Pokemon GO offers players many different ways to make their Pokemon as strong as possible through evolution. There are various different means by which certain Pokemon can be evolved in Pokemon GO.
With the recent addition of Pokemon from the Unova region, players found out that there are rare objects needed to evolve the Pokemon. Specifically, Unova Stones are the rare materials that players need to evolve these Unova region Pokemon.

All Pokemon that Evolve Using an Unova Stone in Pokemon GO
Before you can evolve Unova Pokemon to their final forms, players must first obtain Unova Stones. Unova Stones have a low drop chance of completing Weekly Field Research Breakthroughs. They also can be obtained through Timed Research events.
Pokemon that evolve using an Unova Stone:
- Litwick - Lampent - Chandelure
- Pansear - Simisear
- Pansage - Simisage
- Panpour - Simipour
- Elektrik - Elektross
- Minccino - Cinccino
- Munna - Musharna
Of the above Pokemon, Chandelure is the strongest Pokemon evolution that players should focus on getting first. Furthermore, some of the Pokemon above also require around 100 Candy to evolve as well as the Unova Stone, so make sure you have a lot of Candy when you evolve.
