Full List of Spotlight Hours for Pokemon GO April 2022

The Spotlight Hour dates, Pokemon, and bonuses are as follows:

  • Stunky: April 5 with 2x Transfer Candy
  • (Shiny) Bunnelby: April 12 with 2x Evolve XP
  • (Shiny) Oddish: April 19 with 2x Catch Stardust
  • Sunshine Form Cherrim: April 26 with 2x Catch XP

All Spotlight Hours will take place on their respective dates from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. local time.

Stunky, the "Skunk" Pokemon, is a poison and dark-type from the Sinnoh region. It originally debuted in October 2018 and can be evolved into Skuntank using 50 candies. It protects itself by spraying a "noxious fluid" from its rear of which the smell can last up to 24 hours. Its PokeDex number is #434

Bunnelby is normal-type from the Kalos region that debuted in Pokemon GO in December 2020. It evolves into Diggersby using 50 candies. Also known as the "Digging" Pokemon, it uses its large ears to dig burrows and tends to continue digging through the night. Its PokeDex number is #659.

Oddish is a grass and poison-type from the Kanto region that debuted at launch in July 2016 and evolves into Gloom using 25 candies. From there, it can become Vileplume or Bellossom using 100 candies flat or with a Sun Stone, respectively. Known as the "Weed" Pokemon, Oddish buries itself in the soil during the day to absorb its nutrients⁠—of which the value is reflected in the glossiness of its leaves. Its PokeDex number is #043.

Cherrim is known for having two forms⁠—one that appears during the day and the other during the night. During this event, trainers will encounter the daylight "Sunshine" form. Also known as the "Blossom" Pokemon, this Sinnoh grass-type debuted in May 2019 and evolves from Cherubi using 50 candies. It opens its petals to absorb the Sun's rays during the day. Its PokeDex number is #421.
