Animal Crossing: New Horizons Flick Schedule
By Jack O'Dwyer
Animal Crossing: New Horizons' Flick schedule follows the new chameleon character and outlines where the character will be.
Flick is a bright red chameleon dressed head to toe in black leather and spikes. Even his bug-hunting gear follows suit—black and brimmed with spikes around the opening of his net. He is the host of the spring and summer "Bug-Off" bug catching competitions where the player will compete with other villagers to catch bugs.
Oh, and he'll also randomly visit your island and buy all the bugs you catch for 1.5x the going rate at Nook's Cranny.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons Flick Schedule
Like most special villagers, such as Sahara, Flick will visit your island at random to explore. Unlike these other animals, however, he takes advantage of the whole island and will remain in your town until turnover the next day. Make sure you search extra hard for him. You likely won't have much trouble spotting him if he's in your town due to his bright red scales.
There is no set schedule for Flick to appear akin to the likes of Daisy Mae and K.K. Slider. He will eventually make his way to your town. You just have to be a bit more patient to get the proper bang for your bells.
As we mentioned earlier, Flick will buy any bugs off of you for 1.5x the normal rate. For example, if you manage to snag a wasp, Flick will buy it off you for 3750 bells instead of the usual 2500 from the Nooklings.
It's for this reason that players have begun stocking up on higher quality bugs and waiting until Flick arrives to sell.
He also makes models for those looking to show off their insect pride. Asking Flick to make the player a model of their favorite bug requires three of those bugs to trade with him. Fortunately, he does this just for the passion of it, so you don't need to pay him any bells. Your model will be in your mailbox the next day.
