Apex Legends Cheater Crashes HisWattson's Match With Game-Ending Exploit
Cheating is reaching new heights on Apex Legends after a viral clip shows a hacker crashing HisWattson's Ranked match with a game-ending exploit.
No matter how many positive changes came to the Battle Royale in Apex Legends: Ignite, hackers are still ruining the Ranked experience for players all across the globe. There is nothing worse than dying in a millisecond from a cheater using aimbot, especially late game. In the past, Respawn Entertainment has handed out bans in waves; most recently, over 2,000 accounts were banned in September for hacking.
Despite the developers' best efforts, though, Apex Legends lobbies are still full of cheaters. In fact, former Apex Legends professional player, Jacob "HisWattson" McMillin, shared an insane clip of how a hacker recently crashed his entire game.
Apex Legends Cheater Crashes HisWattson's Match With Game-Ending Exploit
HisWattson posted a recent gameplay clip that exposes a hacker in Apex Legends who can crash individual games and the entire server. After getting knocked by just a few aimbotted headshots, the former pro instantly said, "That guy is 100% cheating." Except aimbotting was only the beginning.
As HisWattson speculates how the player is cheating if they are allegedly on console, his entire game glitches and then crashes. He reveals in his post, "There's a speedhacker stream sniping me and if he dies he crashes the server and when he kills me it crashes my game."
The current state of Apex Legends continues to deteriorate as hackers find new ways to make the game unplayable. Aimbotting is bad enough, but now, hackers can even crash an entire lobby, kicking dozens of players from a game simply because they feel like it.
