Apex Legends Data Miner Reveals an Unreleased Legend

A data miner for Apex Legends found several voice lines and logo animations for an unreleased champion through the game files that revealed a lot of what the character may be about.

The user, HumanSAS, leaked the voice lines and a logo teaser via Twitter, on June 30, which suggested that the unreleased Legend is themed with moths and misdirection.

The entire roster of characters in Apex Legends has their own voice lines that revealed little tidbits of information which turned to be huge clues of what this new Legend may be like. One of the more revealing voice lines discovered was from Caustic's lines, which implied that this Legend's abilities may be used to trick and outplay their opponents.

"Subterfuge and misdirection, tools of the coward. I look forward to the challenge of locating his spine," said in Caustic's audio file.

On top of this, the voice lines of the characters suggest that the unreleased Legend is a male, and could possibly be named Pariah or Seer.

As the data miner released the voice lines for the characters involved, they also found an unfinished logo teaser with animation in the game files as well. The animation showed an ambiguous shape which eventually morphed itself into a moth and flew into the viewer very quickly.

Aside from the voice lines and logo teaser, however, there were no other findings that the data miner released that were related to the character.

There are no news that suggest that this Legend will be released anytime soon, nor for the upcoming Apex Legends' Season 10 update that has been confirmed by Respawn Entertainment quite yet. So, as to when or if this character will be released is the biggest question the community is raising.

Apex Legends data miners in the community have unearthed many secrets within the game files before an official announcement by the developers before, and one of the latest leaks revealed a new Arenas map for the game as well. As to what the unreleased Legend looks like or what his full abilities are, is unknown and may take some more data mining to find out.
