Aphelios Nerfed in League of Legends Patch 10.4

Aphelios was subjected to multiple nerfs in League of Legends Patch 10.4 released Tuesday.
The marksman is currently one of the most overpowered champions in the game. He's also arguably the most complicated League of Legends champion ever released. Since his release, he's been criticized for being over-tuned. Then again, most champions are on release.
Aphelios Nerfed in League of Legends Patch 10.4
Here's a full list of Aphelios' changes in League of Legends Patch 10.4:
Passive - Weapon of the Faithful
- Weapon View (NEW): Players can no see both guns Aphelios is holding next to his health bar
Calibrum, The Sniper Rifle
- Basic Attack Reset (REMOVED): Aphelios no longer resets his attack timer right after consuming a mark (his attack timer still resets for the mark attack)
Crescendum, The Chakram
- Red vs. Blue: Aphelios' sentry's range indicators are now red for enemies when it's inactive
- Base number of Sentry Attacks: Changed from 4 to 3 (the number of attacks still scale with attack speed)
- Sentry Health Against Raged: Range basic attacks now deal 3 damage (sentries have 6 health)
- Sentry Health Against AoE: AoE attacks deal 4 damage now
- Sentry Bugfix: Aphelios' sentries no longer occasionally die upon being activated
R - Moonlight Vigil
- Range changed from 1600 to 1300
League of Legends Patch 10.4 Champion Changes
Aurelion Sol, Caitlyn, Garen, Gnar, Jayce, Lux, Rammus, Singed, Sona, Soraka, Sylas and Udyr also received changes. Those changes per champion are as follows:
Aurelion Sol
W - Celestial Expansion
- Active Increased Star Damage: Increased total damage changed from 50 % to 40%
Caitlyn
- Bonus Attack speed increased from 10% to 20% at level 1
Garen
Q - Decisive Strike
- Empowered Basic Attack Damage Ratio: Changed from 0.4 to 0.5 attack damage
W - Courage
- Blood of My Enemies: At max resistances from enemy kills, Garen increases his bonus armor and magic resist by 10%
- Shield: Now 70/95/120/145/170 (+0.2 bonus health)
Gnar
- Movement Speed changed from 325 to 335
Passive - Rage Gene
- Bonus Movement Speed: Now 0-20 (levels 1-18 in Mini Gnar form)
R - GNAR!
- Damage Ratio: Changed to 0.5 attack damage and 1.0 ability power
Jayce
- Mana changed from 357.2 to 375
- Mana Growth changed from 37 to 45
Q - To the Skies!
- Base Damage: Buffed to 55-95/135/175/215/255
Lux
Q - Light Binding
- Base Damage: Buffed to 80/125/170/215/260
- Damage Ratio: Nerfed to 0.6 ability power
- Cooldown: Buffed to 11/10.5/10/95./9
R - Final Spark
- Flashdance (NEW): Lux can now Flash while casting Final Spark
Rammus
- Attack Speed buffed to 0.656
- Attack Speed Ratio buffed to 0.656
Singed
- Health nerfed to 580
- Armor nerfed to 34
Sona
Q - Hymn of Valor
- Mana Restore (NEW): Sona now gains 30 mana the first time she tags an ally with her aura
- Cost increased to 75/80/85/90/95
W - Aria of Perseverance
- Mana Restore (NEW): Sona now gains 30 mana the first time she tags an ally with her aura
- Cost increased to 105/110/115/120/125
E - Song of Celerity
- Mana Restore (NEW): Sona now gains 30 mana the first time she tags an ally with her aura
- Cost increased to 90 mana
Soraka
- Health buffed to 535
- Health growth nerfed to 74
- Mana buffed to 375
- Mana growth nerfed to 40
- Attack Damage nerfed to 50
Q - Starcall
- Self-heal nerfed to 40/50/60/70/80 (+0.3 ability power)
- Rejuvenation heal duration reduced to 2.5 seconds
- Cost increased to 60/65/70/75/80 mana
- Bonus movement speed nerfed to 10/12.5/15/17.5/20%
W - Astral Infusion
- Me After a Massage and Ice Cream (NEW): While Soraka is Rejuvenated, the 10% maximum health cost for casting Astral Infusion will be reduced by 40/55/70/85/100%
- Heal buffed to 80/115/150/185/220
Sylas
Q - Chain Lash
- Base Damage buffed to 40/60/80/100/120
Udyr
Passive - Monkey's Agility
- Sting Like a Bee (NEW): Udyr now gets 5% off his global cooldown (the time between when he can switch stances per Cloud Drake buff
