Best Specialization for Blacksmithing in Dragonflight
Those taking on the Blacksmithing profession will be presented with the following four specialization trees.
- Hammer Control
- Specialty Smithing
- Armorsmithing
- Weaponsmithing
Hammer Control
Hammer Control improves a player's ability to use resources and improves the overall quality of crafted items. Investing in this can provide you benefits such as up to +3 Crafting, +10 Inspiration, and +10 Resourcefulness when crafting blacksmithing goods. It also provides a 15% speed boost to blacksmithing. All of the sub-specializations are listed below:
- Safety Smithing
- Poignant Plans
Specialty Smithing
Specialty Smithing focuses on non-combat items and grants players +15 Inspiration and Resourcefulness when crafting such items. This tree also gives players the ability to use Finishing Reagents in order to increase the quality of their crafting and speed for non-combat items. All of the sub-specializations are listed below:

Armorsmithing
