Bravest Bird Pokemon Go Event Ticket: Everything You Need to Know

The Bravest Bird Pokemon Go event is set to kick off Saturday for the game's Community Day for March. For just one day each month, Pokemon Go encourages trainers to explore the outdoors together by making a rare Pokemon available in the wild. This month's Pokemon is Fletchling, a Normal and Flying-whose final evolutionary form is Talonflame, a powerful Fire and Flying-type.

For six hours between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. local time on March 6, players will have increased opportunities to encounter Fletchling in the wild, both regular and shiny. During this time, evolving Fletchling into Fletchinder and then again into Talonflame will allow the Pokemon to learn Incinerate. Accompanying Saturday's Community Day is the Bravest Bird Special Research ticket.

While everyone will be able to experience a swarm of Fletchlings in their area, trainers who purchase the Bravest Bird ticket will unlock the Bravest Bird Special Research quest. Completing the challenges in this quest can earn trainers a host of rare rewards. Challenges have not yet been revealed, but some that can be expected include:

• Catch a certain number of Fletchling
• Power up a certain number of Fletchling
• Evolve a certain number of Fletchling
• Evolve a certain number of Fletchinder
• Make a certain number of Great Throws

The challenge will remain available afterward but they can be most easily completed during the hours of Community Day. While the list rewards have not yet been released, they can be reasonably predicted based on past Special Research quests. Based on previous events, something along the lines of these rewards can be expected:

• 10 Poke Balls
• 120 Fletchling Candy
• 3 Rare Candies
• 10 Pinap Berries
• 5 Silver Pinap Berries
• 2 Golden Razz Berries
• 2 Incense
• 1 Poffin
• 1 Rocket Radar
• 2 Fletchling encounters
• 1 Talonflame encounter
• 13,500 Stardust
• 3,000 XP

The Pokemon Go Bravest Bird Special Research ticket can be purchased for $0.99 from the in-game store. Pokemon Go's Community Day for March will grant players increased Fletchling encounters, a three-hour incense bonus, and triple Catch XP earned. It comes one week after the 25th anniversary of Pokemon Day.
