Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War Multiplayer Maps: Latest Details
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War multiplayer maps remain one of gaming's hottest topics at the moment.
With Treyarch's latest installment in the Black Ops series releasing worldwide this week, here's what we know about the maps players can expect to see on, and shortly after, Nov. 13.

In addition to Die Maschine and Dead Ops Arcade 3 for zombies, Treyarch has already confirmed nine multiplayer maps for Black Ops Cold War so far.
Thanks to the alpha and beta multiplayer tests, CoD players have already gotten a look at eight backdrops set for launch. Miami, Moscow and Satellite were the original 6-v-6 multiplayer maps in the alpha test, and were joined by the larger 12-v-12 battlegrounds in Armada and Crossroads.
During the beta weekends back in October, Cartel was introduced both in 6-v-6 and 12-v-12 game modes for the first time, along with the enormous 40-player Fireteam: Dirty Bomb maps in Alpine and Ruka.
The two latter battlefronts added extra fuel to the fire that Black Ops Cold War would be integrated into Warzone, a development that was officially confirmed by Treyarch and Activision weeks later on Nov. 5.
Thanks to the Black Ops Cold War Season 1 Roadmap also unveiled that day, CoD fans were given confirmation of at least three more multiplayer maps.
Black Ops' traditional cul-de-sac will be receiving yet another refresh with Nuketown '84, and will be added to the game on Nov. 24.
In the roadmap graphic, an indoor mall map is teased, perhaps harkening back to the days of Terminal and Arkaden. Additionally, 2-v-2 Gunfight was announced to be debuting in Black Ops for the first time, which surely means it will add least one map for tight encounters. Expect at least these two maps to hit the playlists on Dec. 10.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War drops Nov. 13 on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, and PC via Blizzard Battle.net.
