Call of Duty: Modern Warfare - Warzone has enjoyed great success on the second coming of the franchises take on the Battle Royale sub-genre. With any game however there are always bugs and glitches that pop up in-game, some handled behind the scenes before the public is even aware of them, and others found by gamers unfortunate to have run into them at the most inopportune moments.

Such is the latter in which content creator The Xclusive Ace found himself jumping off some rocks, only to be trapped in between some gameplay elements unable to move - literally getting “stuck” in the process. While Warzone has had issues since launch with how rocks and uphill scrambles are coded in-game, making it difficult to mantle even the smallest of boulders, getting stuck while standing up seems quite the issue to run into in the heat of battle.

Warzone Bug Causes Players to Get Stuck in-Game

Once The Xclusive Ace encountered the bug, he shared some gameplay video documenting the glitch on Twitter, and tagged Call of Duty’s co-design director of multiplayer, Joe Cecot. Cecot responded that the issue has been shared with the developer team - leading us to believe that this bug will hopefully be short lived.

Despite struggling to get out, The Xclusive Ace was unable to do so, later succumbing to the gas on the map and being killed in the process.

This is not the first time that a player has experienced such a glitch. In the above clip, posted on May 11, gamer MacS7n encountered a similar bug, getting his leg stuck and having to end himself with a killstreak to be set free. Noticeably occurring on a different section of the map, it is not immediately known what causes the glitch or how to replicate it. Infinity Ward in their response seems on top of the situation and hopefully we will see it resolved soon.
