Can You Play Forza Horizon 5 Offline?
By Jack O'Dwyer

Forza Horizon 5 players are wondering whether or not they can play the game offline.
This isn't an uncommon question. While Forza does feature a well-off multiplayer scene, there are some players who would rather disconnect from that part of the game, entirely. That, or they worry that a poor and/or unstable Wi-Fi signal could jeopardize their progress in-game. Fortunately for them, it appears Playground Games and Xbox Game Studios have them covered.
Below, we've answered whether or not Forza Horizon 5 is available offline.

Can You Play Forza Horizon 5 Offline?
Yes, you can play Forza Horizon 5 offline.
As long as players have a stable internet connection to set up the game, they will be able to play the solo or campaign part without needing it. This follows suit with previous titles in which players could still experience Forza despite not having the best Wi-Fi.
Keep in mind, however, that some parts will remain locked or be unusable without an internet connection. Most co-op or competitive modes require online access to upload and download the appropriate information. This includes the Auction House, as well. Missing features may not be a concern for those interested in that side of Forza, but should still be taken into consideration should one want to race their friends or sell an unwanted vehicle.
Additionally, in an unsurprising twist for Xbox users, multiplayer features require an Xbox Live account and/or Xbox Live Gold membership.
Forza Horizon 5 is available now for PC and Xbox One/Series S|X.
