It's the only event of the year not tied to a seasonal theme like Winter Wonderland, Summer Games or Halloween Terror. It's also one of the most celebrated events because every skin from every other event returns on top of new skins. It's a collector's paradise.

Carbon Fiber Sigma isn't a drastic stylistic change for the hero. He's been given a complete carbon fiber outfit, fittingly so, with yellow accents. He's also go a yellow visor completing the skin giving him a sleek finish.

Carbon Fiber Sigma doesn't have a price allocated considering he's tied to weekly challenges. The other epic skins, Fleur de Lis Widowmaker and Masked Man McCree, are also associated with weekly challenges. It's unknown if the skins will return at a later time for a currency cost in the Hero Gallery.
