Where is the Church of Inhibition in Elden Ring

The Church of Inhibiton is located in the Liurnia of the Lakes region, one of the northernmost regions in the game. It is south of the Grand Lift of Dectus and/or east of the Bellum Church Site of Grace.

Due to its position at the top of some cliffs, players may find it difficult to reach. They should start heading north along the main road from Bellum Church until they reach an enemy camp. East of this camp is a slope that leads to the Frenzied Flame Village and the Church of Inhibition just beyond.

The church is a primary location in the White-Faced Varre quest and is the resting place of a Sacred Tear.

Materials Available at the Church of Inhibition

Two items can be found at the church: Gold-Tinged Excrement and Rowa Fruit.

Gold-Tinged Excrement can also be found at Limgrave, Liurnia of the Lakes. It is used in the following recipes:

  • Fetid Pot
  • Roped Fetid Pot

Rowa Fruit can also be found at Limgrave, Fringefolk Hero’s Grave, Weeping Penninsula, Liurnia of the Lakes. It is used in the following recipes:

  • Rowa Resin
  • Soft Cotton
  • Cured Immunizing Meat
  • Immunizing White Cured Meat
  • Pickled Turtle Neck
  • Fireproof Dried Liver
  • Gold-Pickled Fowl Foot
  • Silver-Pickled Fowl Foot
  • Exhaled Flesh
  • Spellproof Dried Liver

Armor Available at the Church of Inhibition

Players can find Finger Maiden Shoes, Robe, and Fillet in the church upon looting a nearby corpse positioned sitting on a chair. This makes up the entire Finger Maiden set. It weighs a total of 8.8 units.

The Finger Maiden Armor set offers the following resistances:

  • Vitality: 133
  • Poise: 4

The set’s damage negation is as follows:
