CS:GO No Recoil Command: Don't Try on Live Servers

CS:GO no recoil command is a way for you to practice your shots without the recoil or spray pattern of your weapons. It's not a legal practice and will get you banned on live services, so try it out with bots only.
Granted, you shouldn't try this for long because part of the difficulty of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is learning the spray and recoil patterns.

CS:GO is considered the premier shooting esport, so don't practice this mode for long. Take the time, learn the shooting patterns, recoils, smoke throws, and map call outs. Trust me, it's worth the effort and will take your game to the next level.
