Cyberpunk 2077 Panam Romance Guide
Romancing characters in Cyberpunk 2077 is straightforward. It's as simple as playing the right quests and picking similar dialogue choices. Just don't pick anything that seems obviously wrong, and it'll be as simple as following the script.
First, Panam will only go out with you if you're male V. Her primary story quest is Ghost Town, which is playable in Act 2. It's unlocked after you speak with Rogue at the Afterlife when you're looking for Anders Hellman.
After you take Ghost town, you'll be able to do Lightning Breaks and then Riders On The Storm. In Riders On The Storm, she'll reject you even when you make the right choice. Don't worry too much about it.
When speaking to Panam, make sure you choose every option that either lets you Touch or has you move closer to her. Side with her whenever possible.
To finish the romance, you'll have to do the Side Jobs With A Little Help From My Friends and Queen of the Highway. In Queen of the Highway, you'll be given the chance to kiss her.
