First, a warning. This quest requires you to fork over $20,000, and you don't get it back. You can opt out of the quest if you get cold feet or just value your money.

The quest begins in Japantown, Westbrook, where you have to pay Stefan $16,000 first. To advance in the quest, you'll have to keep shelling out Eurodollars. You'll have the option to cancel the quest and get your money back, but you won't be able to complete the side job any other way.

To advance the quest, pay another $4,000 to try the Brain Dance. You'll wake up naked with all of your stuff taken, so you'll have to go get it back. From here, it's as simple as following the markers to complete the quest.

The kicker for this quest is that you don't get your money back. The quest doesn't give you any particularly good rewards, so you just end up conned no matter what you choose to do with Stefan. You might want to avoid this quest, since you get hosed no matter what. Save this side job for the very end of the game if you're going for full completion.
