The easiest way to get around the traps is use an Agent with high upwards mobility like Jett. She can bypass most of the traps, as they all have to be tethered to the ground or a wall.

The traps are most useful in choke points, so if you can flank from open areas you could avoid them.

The best way to fight an Agent focused on information is to have information of your own. Learn how to play Cypher yourself to give you an edge against enemy Cyphers.
