At EVO 2019, Dead or Alive Producer Yohei Shimbori showcased new gameplay from Dead or Alive 6. He was joined by models Yuka Kuramochi and Saki Yoshida. The models exhibited some... less than safe-for-work behavior emulating the game, and the official EVO 2019 stream was quickly pulled offline.

Following the incident, EVO President Joey Cuellar posted a (now-deleted) tweet saying that the Dead or Alive 6 display "does not reflect the core values of EVO or the FGC." You can see the tweet below:
