By Sarah Bergin
Overwatch has announced that an updated version of Oni Genji's skin is coming to the game.
This Legendary skin is being updated for the Overwatch Anniversary Remix: Vol. 1, alongside other popular skins, named Steelhardt Reinhardt and Mage Mercy. There are a total of six skins that are being remastered for this event, as Blizzard took widely adored skins and remodeled them for players. These skins also have the ability to be transferred to Overwatch 2. After learning this, you may be wondering how to get your hands on Demon Genji. We have an answer for you.
Here's how to get the Demon Genji skin.
How to Get Demon Genji
The Anniversary Remix starts April 5, and the Demon Genji skin will be up for purchase throughout this event. These skins will cost 3,000 coins each, and can be bought inside the game. They will also be available through loot boxes.
This newly revised skin has changed Oni Genji from a darker outfit to a brighter one, which seems to be a theme throughout this event. Demon Genji has more of a focus on a variety of colors, unlike the previous skin. The striking red features in the mask are enhanced alongside other red, gold and black accents.
The five other Legendary Remixed skins include Steelhardt Reinhardt based on Stonehardt and Blackheart Reinhardt,, Evermore Reaper based on Nevermore Reaper, Mage Mercy based on Witch Mercy, White Cat D.Va based on Black Cat D.Va and Zealot Zenyatta based on Cultist Zenyatta.
