Elden Ring Dragons: Where to Find All the Dragons

The Lands Between holds a total of 21 dragons that players can find and test their might against in Elden Ring. In addition to simply serving as mostly optional boss battles, however, defeating each of them generally rewards players with Dragon Hearts, which are used to trade at the Church of Dragon Communion for Dragon-based Incantations. Here's a breakdown of where to find all of the dragons in Elden Ring.

Elden Ring Dragon Location Guide

There are 18 dragons in Elden Ring that reward players with Dragon Hearts for defeating them:

• Flying Dragon Agheel: Can be found near the Dragon-Burnt Ruins located in Limgrave - Agheel Lake
• Elder Dragon Greyoll: Can be found surrounded by four smaller dragons in central Caelid
• Flying Dragon Greyll: Can be found flying around the tree-dense areas of Caelid by the Farum Greatbridge
• Decaying Ekzykes: Can be found on Caelid Highway South east from Caelid
• Borealis, the Freezing Fog: Can be found near the Mountaintops of the Giants guarding the frozen lake northeast on the map
• Great Wyrm Theodorix: Can be found near the Mountaintops of the Giants guarding the frozen lake north of the Albinaurics Rise secret area
• Glintstone Dragon Adula: Can be found at the Three Sisters sub-area near Caria Manor
• Glintstone Dragon Smarag: Can be found west of the Academy in Liurnia of the Lakes
• Magma Wyrm Makar: Can be found in the Ruin-Strewn Precipice guarding the Altus Plains entrance of Northern Liurnia of the Lakes
• Magma Wyrm: Can be found inside Gael Tunnel in Caelid
• Magma Wyrm: Can be found inside the Volcano Manor Legacy Dungeon
• Magma Wyrm: Can be found in a lava lake south of Fort Laiedd in Mt. Gelmir
• Three small dragons: Can be found west of Moonlight Alter

There are also three legendary dragons in Elden Ring that don't drop Dragon Hearts, but do offer other good loot and experience:

• Ancient Dragon Lansseax: Can be found in in Mt. Gelmir by the Abandoned Coffin Site of Grace, and then close to capital city near Sainted Hero’s Grave
• Dragonlord Placidusax: Can be found in the lower level of the Crumbling Farum Azula
• Lichgragon Fortissax: Can be found in Deeproot Depths after offering the Cursemark of Death to Fia
