FIFA 22 FUT Champions Rewards Reworked for Season 3
By Max Mallow
FIFA 22 FUT Champions rewards were reworked Dec. 20 to reflect the upcoming Season 3 in Ultimate Team.
FUT Champions, or the Weekend League, is the premier competitive playlist in FIFA Ultimate Team. Each week, players have to earn qualification points through Division Rivals and then earn enough wins in a play-off for entry into the competition. From there, players have 20 games to complete each weekend to earn special rewards. Those rewards include packs, coins and special FUT Champions items which are based on the current Team of the Week in packs.
The new system has been mostly popular among fans, though some complain about the lack of competitiveness compared to previous years. EA Sports is reworking rewards for Season 3 to entice fans to continue playing the game mode.

Previously, there were only five reward sets. Now, there are ten. Qualification points were decreased across the board, but that doesn't mean players will have to play more Rivals as it will only required 1,250 points to qualify for the next play-off.
The first FUT Champions weekend with the new reward structure will take place Dec. 24-26.
