FIFA 22 Player Ratings: Predicting the Top 5 Players in FUT
5. Kylian Mbappe as a 91 overall
Mbappe is the cover star of this year's game and also arguably the best young star in all of soccer. Last season he scored 42 goals across all club competitions. That alone makes him deserving of cracking the top five list.
4. Kevin De Bruyne as a 92 overall
De Bryune is arguably the best talent that Manchester City has ever had in their squad and continues to impress the soccer world ever year. His leadership skills and constant clutch performances are a key reason why Manchester City are top contenders in every competition they are involved in.
3. Robert Lewandowski as a 92 overall
Lewandowski is arguably the best striker in the world and he proved it yet again by scoring 48 goals in one single season. That is just the work of an absolute master of the craft. For that reason, Lewandowski takes his place in the top three of this year's highest rated players
2. Cristiano Ronaldo as a 92 overall
Ronaldo is back in the Premier League and also back in Manchester United red. The Portuguese legend scored 36 goals last season in just 44 games. He is still in peak condition at the age of 36 years old. He has no signs of slowing down and with his fellow Portuguese international, Bruno Fernandes being along his side, the sky is the limit for Ronaldo this season
1. Lionel Messi as a 93 overall
Finally we reach the number one spot where we see a very familiar face, Lionel Messi. Messi is coming off a disappointing season where Barcelona finished third in La Liga. However, Messi still scored 38 goals and had 14 assists across all competitions. This year, Messi finally made the move and left Barcelona to join his former partner in crime, Neymar Jr, at PSG. With the overwhelming amount of talented around Messi, nothing should stand in his way of having yet another brilliant season.
