Flashpoint 2 CS:GO Series to Start Nov. 10 with $1M Prize Pool
B Site's Flashpoint returns for the second season of its Counter-Strike: Global Offensive series. The tournament will feature 12 teams drawn into three GSL groups to bring home prize money of $1 million. The final team standing will be taking $500,000 and the AK-47 trophy.

Group play will take place on Nov. 10-22, followed by the playoffs on Nov. 30-Dec. 5, and wrap up with the grand final on Dec. 6. Group draws are listed below.
• Group A: Fnatic (#11), c0ntact, Dignitas, MAD Lions
• Group B: BIG (#6), Team Envy, forZe (#26), MIBR
• Group C: OG (#7), Cloud9, Gen.G (#29), Virtus.Pro (#15)
The top two teams in each group will automatically advance to the playoffs, while the teams who finish 7th-10th will compete in the Last Chance matches for the final two playoff spots. Flashpoint's playoffs will consist of an eight-team, double-elimination bracket.

They will be joined by familiar faces such as Freya "Freya" Spiers, Alex "Mauisnake" Ellenberg, James "BARDOLPH" Bardolph, Anders "Anders" Blume, and Christine "potter" Chi. The second season of the Counter-Strike organization-owned league will be held online and Europe while the tournament ensures the highest standard for safety around Covid-19.
