Fortnite Dig at the Top of Shattered Slabs: How to Complete

The final Encrypted Cipher Quest in Fortnite requires players to dig at the top of Shattered Slabs to earn 10,000 XP.

Along with new Geralt of Rivia Quests and Creed Quests, Epic Games also released a batch of Cipher Quests for players to complete before Chapter 4 Season 1 ends. Most of the Cipher Quests are straightforward tasks, like marking three targets with the Falcon Scout. There are three Encrypted Cipher Quests, though, that are a bit confusing.

The Stage 3 Encrypted Cipher Quest, titled "19.11.2.20.22.5.20.8.4 22.13.1.4.19," hints that players must dig at the top of...somewhere. There is no location listed, and no further instructions on how to complete the task once players arrive at the secret spot.

When decoded, the Cipher, "19.11.2.20.22.5.20.8.4 22.13.1.4.19," spells out "Shattered Slabs." Players must first head to the POI, preferably off-spawn, to complete the quest as quickly as possible.

The dig site is located at the highest point of the west side of Shattered Slabs. Inside a small alcove, players will find a mound of dirt between a chest and two Slurp Barrels. Then, all they need to do is hit the dirt with their pickaxe. An arcade machine will pop out from the ground, and the quest will be completed.

Players will receive 10,000 XP, as well as a free Circuitry Wrap for completing all three Encrypted Cipher Quests.
