Forzathon Shop Forza Horizon 5 Not Working: How to Fix
By Jack O'Dwyer
Some players have been reporting the Forzathon Shop is not working as intended in Forza Horizon 5.
The Forzathon Shop has been an integral part of Forza possibly since the franchise's inception. It is the primary place in-game where players can spend their Forza Points (FP) to purchase a variety of prizes to use later out on the track. Veteran fans may recognize it from previous titles—where it was typically available from the launch of the game.
That doesn't appear to be the case with Forza Horizon 5.

Fortunately, there's a simple explanation as to why the store isn't working at the time of writing. It's because the developers have yet to turn it on.
Yes, that's it. Playground Games and Xbox Game Studios have not activated the Forzathon Shop just yet—meaning players won't be able to get in and poke around. It is simply "offline" for the time being.
This isn't anything that can be solved on the player side. There's no "fix" for it, really. No workarounds exist. It isn't a matter of restarting a router, disabling and re-enabling the internet, downloading drivers, or anything similar. It's just closed for business until further notice.
There is currently no word as to why the Forzathon Shop isn't available for players. Neither Playground nor Microsoft has come forward to offer an explanation or post a statement. Unfortunately, players may just have to wait for someone to turn the "closed" sign back around.
We recommend players keep their eyes on any official Forza Horizon 5 channels and/or their trusted news sources for updates concerning the Forzathon Shop.
