Galarian Mr. Mime Pokémon GO Event: All You Need to Know

Galarian Mr Mime's Pokémon GO Eevent is the latest occasion trainers do not want to miss. It's not surprising to find Galarian Mr. Mime, the dancing Pokémon, and its Evolution, Mr. Rime, are the theme of the latest Pokémon GO story event, according to Niantic's latest post. Trainers can enjoy the event from Friday, Dec. 18 at 10 a.m. to Monday, Dec. 21, 2020 at 8.00 p.m. local time.

Galarian Mr. Mime Pokémon GO Event: All You Need to Know

Niantic noted that whether or not you have a ticket for the Galarian Mr. Mime Special Research story event, you can still enjoy the following features:

• Pokémon such as Jynx, Swinub, Spoink, Woobat, Cubchoo, and more will be attracted to Incense more frequently!
• If you are lucky, you might encounter a Shiny Cubchoo!
• Incense will be more effective at attracting Pokémon
• Incense activated during the event will last for three hours

Trainers who purchase the ticket will be able to gain access to a unique time-limited experience and complete Special Research to earn an encounter with Galarian Mr. Mime. Earning enough Mr. Mime Candy will allow you to evolve your Galarian Mr. Mime into Mr. Rime. This Special Research story event will start Saturday, Dec. 19 at 10 a.m. and run until Sunday, Dec. 20, 2020 at 8 p.m. local time.

To purchase a ticket and access the event’s Special Research story, follow the steps below.

1. Tap the Learn More button in the shop.
2. Tap the Buy button.
3. You’ll then receive a pop-up indicating that you’ve received a ticket for the Galarian Mr. Mime event. After you tap OK, you can find the ticket in your Item Bag.
4. Before the event, you’ll receive a medal. When you open the app during the event, you’ll receive access to the ticketed experience and the Tap... Tap... Tappity-Tap... Special Research.
5. Once you receive the Special Research, you’ll be able to finish it at any time. However, for an optimal gameplay experience, we recommend trying your best to complete the research before the Special Research story event concludes Sunday, Dec. 20, 2020, at 8 p.m. local time.

During the event, players will be able to access a Special Research line that includes an encounter with Galarian Mr. Mine and enough Mr. Mime Candy to evolve a Mr. Rime. Completing the Special Research task to earn a special event medal, an avatar pose inspired by Mr. Mime, and the following in-game items:
