Where to Find Iron Ingot
Before you can begin taking photos, you need to find Iron Ingot first to begin the quest. He resides near the Statue of Seven at Dunyu Ruins. After talking to him, he'll fill you in on the details, and why he needs you to do a task for him. The task, of course, is taking pictures so he can find just the right spot to approach his crush, Ziwei.
How to Take the Pictures
After talking to Iron Ingot, the map will show you where to take the pictures. It'll be the area to the west of Liyue, Mt. Tianheng. The two specific spots will both be marked on your map, so use that to get to the exact location. Once your there, it's time to take pictures. however, this part is where players might get stuck. You see, to progress the quest, you have to access the camera from the main menu, bringing it up from a shortcut won't count for the quest. It's likely a bug, but it's a simple one to bypass as long as you know what to do.
Finishing the Quest
After taking the quest, the next step directs players to get Almond Tofu to give to Iron Ingot. It can be cooked easily with milk, almond, and sugar, but can also be bought easily at Wangshu's Inn at Liyue harbor. After giving Iron Ingot the tofu, you can end the quest by talking to Ziwei. Players can then finally see the two interact, and collect their reward.
