Ghost of Tsushima Trophies Guide: 3 Most Difficult Trophies to Earn
1. Honor the Unseen
This trophy requires you to honor 10 Hidden Altars. These altars aren't marked on the map, and the game never even mentions their existence. You'll be looking for wooden signposts with the bowing-down sign, the same icon that appears when you swipe down to bow. Other altars are not even marked, such as the graves of characters. There will be a visual effect that occurs when you have honored a hidden altar.
- Izuhara - North of Houren's Pasture in a purple flower field
- Izuhara - South of Brown River Gorge in cemetery
- Izuhara - West of Jade Hills on a fishing pier
- Izuhara - Kashine Hills on the hilltop with red flowers near a fox statue
- Izuhara - Southeast of Yoichi's Slope in a bamboo forest
- Toyotama - On the eastern shoreline south of Old Kanazawa Marsh
- Toyotama - Directly west of the last one, on a stone pillar in the middle of a wheat field
- Toyotama - Western edge of the map from Lady Sanjo's bridge in the swamp
- Toyotama - Western point of Omi Lake by some fishermen
- Toyotama - Southwestern coast of Omi Lake where the shore curves inward
2. Body, Mind, and Spirit
This trophy is obtained after finding all hot springs, haiku spots, bamboo strikes and Inari shrines. There are 18 hot springs, 19 haiku spots, 16 bamboo strikes and 49 Inari shrines.
3. Have a Nice Fall
This trophy doesn't seem difficult to get, but it will be the longer you put it off. You need to knock and enemy off a high platform and let them fall to their death. It's easier the earlier you do it, as Mongol strongholds don't respawn and often feature enemies on watch towers. To get the trophy, you'll need to Shoulder Charge or Wind Stance Typhoon Kick an enemy off a ledge.
