Gir Blueprint Warzone: How to Unlock
By Chaz Frazer
Gir Blueprint in Warzone features the Kilo 141 Assault Rifle and is rated as Legendary. Running this variant in Warzone might take on a utility that is much different than Multiplayer, with attachments focusing on recoil, long-range engagements and ammo. Multiplayer builds tend to lean heavily on attachments that improve handling, ADS, movement speed, and the ability to snap onto multiple targets.
The Gir Blueprint is one of two weapon Blueprints that are included in the Heiji Mishkin: Limited Bundle. This Bundle is currently available on the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare store for a steep price of 1400 COD Points. As is described in the name, this Bundle will be available for a limited time only, so if you are interested in getting your hands on this variant be sure to do so soon.
Gir Legendary Blueprint Attachments
With the changes to Blueprint attachment swapping in season 3, equipping one Blueprint no longer means you are stuck with it’s cosmetic changes, or that you cannot equip them on any other loadout for that weapon. Custom Gunsmithing now lets you add attachments from any Blueprint for that weapon to your custom builds, but it's the attachment’s utility that is most important. Let’s see how the Gir Blueprint stands up in this regard.
Gir Blueprint Default Attachments
Optic - 4.0x Flip Hybrid
Stock - FSS Close Quarters Stock
Underbarrel - Ranger Foregrip
Rear Grip - Rubberized Grip Tape
Perk - Sleight of Hand
The default build of the Gir Blueprint includes a flip hybrid optic to give versatility at close to long range at the cost of added ADS time. The FSS Close Quarters Stock will improve ADS time - to offset the penalty from our optic - at the cost of aiming stability. The Ranger Foregrip will balance that loss to aiming stability and improve recoil control, while the Rubberized Grip Tape will also help with our recoil control. Overall this is a very balanced build loaded with attachments to give maximum benefits while also covering any downsides.
If looking to take this into Warzone consider dropping the Sleight of Hand Perk, and adding either the 50 or 60 round magazine. Sleight of Hand is not as helpful in Warzone as it might be in Multiplayer; the typical meta of running Overkill or having a second primary weapon that you can swap to in a pinch will always be a better option.
