Gryttirsand AC Valhalla Chest: Where to Find the Chest

Gryttirsand AC Valhalla's chest may not be so hard to find, but actually accessing it can be tricky. Gryttirsand plays host to both an ability book and a wealth chest. Here's how to get in and loot both.

Gryttirsand AC Valhalla Chest: Where to Find the Chest

Gryttirsand can be found standing in the Rygjafylke region of Assassin's Creed Valhalla's map. To get to the ability book, walk around to the side of the tower opposite the door. There you'll find a ladder allowing you to climb up to the top floor of the tower. Break the blockage keeping the trapdoor closed with your bow and you'll be able to climb down and find a Book of Knowledge.

In a nearby trench you'll also be able to find a wealth chest using Odin's Sight. The chest is trapped behind a breakable wall that requires explosives to open.

Look for a pile of red clay pots lying in a net near the tower. Bring one of those back to the breakable wall and toss it at the wall. The explosion should crack it open, making way for you to get inside and loot to your heart's content.
