How long is the Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin demo?
With Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin set to officially release this Friday, pulling the curtain back to unveil what aims to be an alternate retelling of the original Final Fantasy rather than a remake, a third and final demo is out now for players to try out the game early free of charge. Here's a breakdown of how long the Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin demo is.
Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin Demo Time Length
While the main story is said to take around 40 hours of playtime to complete, this demo reportedly is around 20 minutes long.
The Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin demo was released for PlayStation and Xbox players on March 9, and invites players to progress through the first three stages of the game.
Unfortunately, according to an interview with the devs from Wccftech, there is reportedly no plan at the moment to release a PC version of the demo.
This demo allows players to explore Pravoka Seagrot and the Western Keep, experience new playstyles in battle with the addition of multiple new jobs that were not available in the previous two demos and fight against an array of new enemies.
Players can also try out the game’s co-op online multiplayer function, allowing up to three people to play together and battle monsters as an online party.
Additionally, save data can be carried over from the demo to the main game, allowing players to seamlessly continue their full journey at launch (on the same platform only).
Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin officially launches on Friday, March 18, for PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC (via Epic Games Store).
