How to Emote in Helldivers 2
To communicate with your fellow galactic peacekeepers, fans must know how to emote in Helldivers 2.
Helldivers 2, the highly anticipated sequel to the 2015 release, Helldivers, finally launched on PlayStation 5 and PC. Once again, players must protect Super Earth from an otherworldly threat as the Automatons threaten the Galaxy's democracy and hard-earned peace. Enlisting in the Helldivers is no easy or safe task, and the stakes only get higher as the game unfolds. With so many deadly missions and weapons, sometimes doing something to break the tension, like emoting, is the perfect way to up morale and interact with your fellow soldiers.
Here's how to emote in Helldivers 2 on PlayStation 5 and PC.
How to Emote in Helldivers 2
To emote in Helldivers 2, players must hold left on the D-pad or hold down the B key. If you are new to Helldivers 2, your actions will summon the default emote. Feel free to emote while on mission or in your ship.
Like most emotes in third-person shooters, Helldivers 2 emotes do not serve a huge purpose beyond something fun and different to do in the chaotic game. Although there are not many in-game benefits to emoting in Helldivers 2, it is a good way to interact with other soldiers in a public game, especially if you are playing solo.
