How to Evolve Clefairy into Clefable in Pokemon Legends: Arceus
By Jack O'Dwyer
We put together a quick guide on how to evolve Clefairy into Clefable in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.
Clefairy is a well-known mountain dweller, making it one of the best choices for a naturally occurring species in the mountainous Hisui region. From Mt. Moon to Mt. Coronet, it seems as though no peak is safe from this pink Pokemon. Fortunately, this can work in trainers' favor, as it's newly minted fairy-type lineage has given it a boost in battles it might not have won within Generation I.
Here's how to evolve Clefairy into Clefable in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.
How to Evolve Clefairy into Clefable
Trainers can evolve their Clefairy into a Clefable using a Moon Stone.
Moon Stones can be obtained in a variety of ways from breaking open ore nodes to purchasing them outright from the Trading Post. More information about how to obtain these items can be found in our Evolutionary Item guide.
Clefairy is also known as the "Fairy" Pokemon, though its supposed origins make it a bit more paranormal than its title implies. Fans likely recognize this Pokemon from its appearance in the Kanto region and its group tendency to send trainers flying with the move, Metronome. In Hisui, Clefairy is said to be partial to the full moon. It gets its name from "its tiny, faintly glowing wings confer upon it a lovely fairylike quality." Its Hisuian PokeDex number is #200.
Clefable, its "extremely rare" evolved form, often spends its nights listening for the far-off voices of its kin. Laventon expresses a solidarity with this Pokemon, often thinking of his own home region of Galar. However, with our own future knowledge, we can surmise that it might actually be looking for signs of its family from beyond the stars. Its Hisuian PokeDex number is #201.
